T1 SiteOps came out of running construction work in Queensland and being frustrated by the same thing everyone else is: the information you need to run a job is real, it just lives in six places that do not talk to each other.
Why we built it
Most construction software is either an office tool that the field will not use, or a field tool that the office cannot get numbers out of. So the field keeps using paper and group chats, the office keeps re-keying it into spreadsheets, and nobody finds out what a job made until it is over.
We took the opposite starting point: capture it once, where it happens, on a phone, and let everything downstream — the project record, the safety file, the timesheet, the cost ledger — be produced from that same capture rather than typed again.
What we believe
- If the field will not use it, it does not work. Every field task has to be doable on a phone, one-handed, in the weather, in under a minute.
- Enter it once. Anything you have to type twice is a place where two systems are about to disagree.
- Numbers should be derived, not asserted. Cost comes from the hours and rates actually recorded, not from a figure somebody typed into a summary.
- A person approves anything that costs money. Our assistant can prepare financial work, but it puts it in a queue for a human. It does not move money.
Where we are
We are an Australian business: T1 Site Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 70 703 175 660), based in Upper Coomera, Queensland. Support comes from people here who understand how a job actually runs. Onboarding and account setup are included with every plan, because software nobody has been shown how to use is shelfware.
