Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses T1 SiteOps. That includes customers, their full access and field users, and client and subcontractor portal users. It forms part of our Terms of Service. T1 SiteOps is provided by T1 Site Operations Pty Ltd (ACN 703 175 660, ABN 70 703 175 660).

In short: use T1 for your construction business, keep it honest, and don't put other people's information or the platform at risk.

1. Use T1 for legitimate business

Do:

use T1 to run your own business and jobs, or, as a portal user, the jobs you've been invited to
keep records truthful. Don't create, change or backdate safety records, timesheets, sign-ins, signatures, claims or approvals to mislead anyone
only sign, approve or acknowledge records you're authorised to, and only for yourself. Never sign as someone else

2. Respect other people and their information

Don't:

upload or share personal information you don't have the right to use, including health information, licence photos and contact details of workers and visitors
harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against anyone through T1, including in chats, comments, diaries or portals
use T1 to send spam, or send messages people haven't agreed to receive
upload content that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights, such as drawings, plans, documents or photos you don't have permission to use
share another business's confidential information without their permission

3. Don't misuse the platform

Don't:

share logins, or let more people use an account than your plan includes
try to get into another company's data, another user's account, or any part of T1 you haven't been given access to
bypass or test our security, permissions, plan limits or AI allowance. That includes probing, scanning and penetration testing without our written permission
upload viruses, malware or anything designed to cause harm
copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell or rent T1, or use it to build a competing product
overload the Service, for example with automated bulk requests outside our published integrations
use AI features to produce unlawful, misleading or harmful content, or try to make them reveal other customers' information

Fair use. "Unlimited" projects, and any other allowances described as unlimited, are subject to fair use by a normal construction business of your size.

4. Portal users

Client and subcontractor portal users can only see what the customer shares with them. Use the portal only for the job you've been invited to. Don't share access with anyone else. If you've been given access to something you shouldn't see, tell the customer or email admin@t1siteops.com.

5. What happens if this policy is broken

We may do any of the following:

remove content
limit features
suspend a user or portal user
in serious cases, suspend or end the account under our Terms of Service

Where it's reasonable, we'll contact the account owner first. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities.

6. Reporting problems

To report misuse, a security issue or content that breaks this policy, email admin@t1siteops.com. Please give us enough detail to find it.
