How long is the free trial?
Your first month is free: 30 days on Crew, Contractor or Professional, full access, no card needed. We never charge you automatically when it ends. At the end of the month your account goes read-only until you pick a plan, nothing gets deleted, and you can still view and export your records. One free trial per business.
Are the prices GST-inclusive?
No. Prices are in Australian dollars, per month, excluding GST: 10% GST is added at checkout on the team plans, and you will find your tax invoices under Company, then Subscription.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. The owner or a company admin cancels under Company, then Subscription. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Who can see my data? Do my clients and subcontractors pay?
Your team sees what their role allows. A client is invited to one job and sees that job and no other. A subcontractor is invited once and sees the jobs they were allocated. Client and subcontractor portal accounts are free, never count as users, and workers who only scan a site QR code do not count either.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account becomes read-only and we keep your data for 6 months so you can come back or export it. The owner and admins can export your records at any time, and we email them 30, 7 and 1 days before anything is deleted. Some laws require you to keep certain records for years, so export what you need.
Does T1 make me compliant with safety law?
No. T1 helps you keep your WHS records: SWMS, prestarts, inductions, permits and incidents, with a time-stamped history. It is not a guarantee of compliance, and a person checks and signs anything the AI drafts.
Can T1 do our estimating or project management for us?
Yes. T1 can help with estimating, takeoffs, BOQs, tender prep, project management and contract admin, per job or hourly. Get a quote and we price it before we start. See Hire T1 support.
