AI Assistant
An assistant built into the app that can find permitted records, answer project questions and prepare operational drafts for your review and confirmation.
First month free · No card needed · Cancel anytime.
What you get
Prepare drafts by asking
Describe a task or diary entry, review the proposed fields and confirm before it is saved. Safety and approval-sensitive work follows its controlled review workflow.
Financials stay on request
Anything with a financial consequence is prepared and placed in a review queue for a person to approve. The assistant does not move money.
Use it on site
Use the assistant through the mobile web app, from the same phone you use on the job.
Connected to the rest of the platform
AI Assistant is not a separate module you reconcile later. It writes to the same project record everything else reads from.
