What you get
Documents and expiry dates
The subcontractor submits company documents such as insurance and SWMS for approval. Return one with a reason and they see why, and can resubmit. Expiry dates are watched for you.
Their own company records
Personnel, plant and rates are the subcontractor's own, private to their company. Their rates are supplier rates, never your charge-out rates.
RFQs and orders
They receive requests for quote, respond with a price and see the orders placed with them.
Connected to the rest of the platform
Subcontractor Portal is not a separate module you reconcile later. It writes to the same project record everything else reads from.
