Every plan includes a monthly AI allowance. The assistant shows your remaining allowance and renewal date. When it is exhausted, AI-generated answers and drafts pause until renewal; manual forms, saved records, calculations and review workflows remain available. There is no automatic overage charge.
Anyone on your team with their own login, as one of two types: Full access (phone and desktop, an "office" user) or Field staff (mobile only). Each plan includes a number of each. Client and subcontractor portal accounts are free and unlimited, and never count towards your seats. Workers who only scan a site QR code to induct, clock on or acknowledge a pre-start do not need a login and do not count towards your seats.
Yes, up or down, from the billing screen in the app. Your data does not change when your plan does; only what you can reach changes.
Monthly plans are month to month. Enterprise terms are negotiated, which is the point of Enterprise.
